Hearst App Lab
The Hearst App Lab is a multimedia lab on the 41st floor of the Hearst Building in Midtown, Manhattan. Containing a large video wall equipped with touch-screen and white-boarding functionality as well as a collaborative lounge by Steelcase, guests can share files/screens from laptops and mobile devices directly on the video wall.
The project included the design and interior architecture as well as the overall technology setup of the space such as a custom Crestron UI, a CMS for all App Lab content, a social media aggregation tool and a custom screensaver.
